Protecting your privacy is a responsibility that we have take concern and seriously. Use of services on our site or related subdomain in this site to help you understand how we require and collected your data such as name, email or mobile number to improve services to users and you agree to comply with this privacy policy.

1. Who We Are
We, Us, one of the teams or people representing of Master Bali Tour is referred to as a Tour Service Provider. Users or buyers of our services tour & activities are called Customers. We are a Local Tour Company located in Jimbaran-Bali. Our services in Tour & Activities whose operation only cover Bali Island, Nusa Penida Island and its surroundings.

  • Master Bali Tour  : We offer and provide Tour in Full Day/Half Day Tour/Ground Transport/Custom Charter/Hire Private Tour, Sightseeing Tour, Cultural Tour, Shopping Tour, Outdoor Activities, Wellness and More.
  • We work also with many suppliers to make combination Tour such as Spa Treatment, Watersport activities, Adventure, Trekking countryside and other outdoor activities.
2. User Personal Data
When you browse our site services in tours and activities, as long as there are no bookings and payments made by you, so our system will not ask for personal data. Personal data is only needed when you make reservation and payment for tours & activities. And the same personal data on the reservation with proof of payment sender is used as proof of a valid booking, and if there are differences the guest name should be reconfirm the solely for the smooth running of the tour. Required data such as full name, hotel staying/Accommodation/Villa, Location Pick up address, email and telephone number or other data needed to facilitate the tour process is carried out according to the schedule.

3. Services Tour
User, Buyer or Customers who buy or book product tours, activities, or have ordered product package tours & activities for today, tomorrow or in the future will be stored in our data base as valid proof of booking according to the data provided. Confirmed bookings CAN NOT be traded to third parties between travelers or transferred to other parties without the consent of the Tour Service Provider.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personal data such as full names, hotel/accommodation/villa, pickup location address and others that support the smooth running of the tour. Failure or delayed tour pickup process due to incorrect input data such as hotels, pickup location addresses made by the customer is NOT entirely Tour Service Provider`s fault and can not refunded for that reason.
Cancellation of tour & activity bookings must be in accordance with the provisions of the cancellation policy, for explanation of cancellation please refer to scroll down clause in cancellation policy.

4. Product Tours & Activities
Product tours & activities are product tours belonging to Tour Service Provider. Booking cancellations, data changes, changes in the number of travelers, special requirement and other changes must be provided correctly and reconfirmed at least one day before travel date. Changes made less than one day or last minutes do not guarantee the availability of the product or the availability of our staff on duty. Things included in the tour or details about product tours & activities such as the tour program, description product, inclusion, exclusion, duration tour, itinerary, location and more are explained in each product tour & activity. 
Tour Service Provider and the team will prepare and implement the tour in accordance based the product tour the customer has purchased. Requests for service changes when on tour that are not explains or listed in the product tour do not guarantee we could fulfill the request. Users or Customers must first read and understand the product as a whole before making an order and do payment on website.

5. Cancellation Policy
Tour Service provider have the authority to cancel all of the Tours and Activities are caused by things such as the weather does not support the activities carried out, or local official policies or local government regulations that require closures such as plague, security conditions and others. And all of that will be informed to the user or Customer via email, telephone or other contact that provided and all of booking will replaced to another day or cancelled. The money will be returned to the customer in full refund for that cases.
The Customers can make reservations well in advance and can cancel the bookings at any time without cost, book now and pay any time. And to avoid the cancellation fee all bookings must be made more than 2 day or over 48 hours is calculated from 00:00,before the travel date.
Cancellations made less than 1 day or less than 24 hours will be charged a full fee without refund, Cancellations made less than one day or 24 hours prior to travel date is no refund whatever the reasons are such as incomplete guest data, moving hotels without info, guests no show, guests are late to meet more than 30 minutes without notice to us, mistakes provide the wrong address of the villa, guests can not be contacted via email or telephone, reduction in the number of travelers, wrong chosen product tour, and changes in tour packages or other reasons.

  • Cancellation made greater than 2 days prior to a scheduled tour will be refunded 100% of agreed total tour.
  • Cancellation made greater than 1 day prior to a scheduled tour will be refunded 50% of agreed total tour.
  • Cancellation made within 1 day or less of the scheduled travel date will incur a 100% charge.
